ACCOUNT MANAGER

Chi Doanh - CB/I Digital is seeking an experienced skilled Account manager with knowledge in SEO, PPC and Performance marketing, experience in stakeholder leadership and aiming to formulate & generate partnership strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and present proposals, and actively participate in client pitches, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table to win new business and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, managing each account both professionally and profitably.
  • Stay vigilant to potential problems and opportunities for both the agency and clients, acting proactively to address them.
  • Lead the development of strategies and success criteria for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including budget control and forecasting, to ensure the financial health of client accounts.
  • Engage in self-development activities to stay abreast of industry developments and trends, and share insights with the team.
  • Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Influence client decision-makers to optimize project effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Establish and manage a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow and enhance existing partnerships, focusing on both commercial and strategic aspects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and overall organizational objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances, ensuring they are beneficial and in line with the company's strategic direction.

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in PPC, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and managing client accounts in a digital agency setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the digital marketing field.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
