JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research and goals.
• Create clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for user interfaces.
• Engage and support a culture of feedback, user centricity, and design thinking to continuously improve the user experience.
• Bring modern, agile, product discovery design processes to the team.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to delivery the final product
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and meet the product requirements.

Expertise criteria

• Already have rich expertise and proven experience building amazing UX for SaaS products
• Know the popular & great UX ideas from popular SaaS products to apply to our SaaS product
• Have good skills & methods & processes to gather qualitative feedbacks to improve UX
• Have good skills to build tracking & gather quantitative insights to improve product UX
• Know the latest UX frameworks & methodologies to set right path for on-going UX improvements

Soft criteria

• Passionate and experienced in solving complex user problems in software systems and visualizing these with design consistency
• Humble & flexible, do not stick to HUGE, rigid research process to give obvious findings everybody already know
• Have good sense about discovering what really matters to users & clients
• Have focus & prioritization mindset to focus on what matter most
• Have good communication skills, talking with clarity & persuasiveness
