TECHNICAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and address project risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Manage detailed project timelines and work plans.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
• Strategize, execute, and closely monitor software development projects.

REQUIREMENT

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of/Expert in:

• Both front-end and back-end development.
• Microservices, serverless, and cloud-native architecture.
• Coding standards and Domain Driven Design principles.
• System design. Designing multi-tenant microservices systems, containerization, service mesh, service discovery, and multi-cloud systems, especially with a focus on service mesh.
• Cloud Security and API Security practices.
• Database modeling and optimization.
• Ability to craft APIs that draw from diverse data sources.
• Proficiency in tools like Ansible, Terraform, and the HashiCorp Stack.
• Deployment strategies like Blue/Green Deployment.
•  ReactJS, Typescript, React Redux, GraphQL, Redux saga.
