[Senior] DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Amazon

Chi Doanh - CB/I Digital is looking for a data-driven Amazon Advertising Specialist to scale Sponsored Ads and optimize the Amazon algorithm while collaborating with our AI team to enhance internal tools and maintain a healthy ROAS.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective ad placements.
  • Continuously monitor competitors' activities and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Advertising trends, features, and best practices.
  • Understand the Amazon Ad algorithm
  • Experience working with US or foreign clients is a plus.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and refine campaign targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to the team.
  • Assist in budget allocation and forecasting for Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to improve the internal tool that supports Ads management.
  • Increase ad spend for Amazon Ads while maintaining the ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's search algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience with Tiktok Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Advertising is considered an advantage.
  • Amazon Advertising certification is a plus.
  • Familiar with spending substantial marketing budgets, ranging from thousands to millions of USD per month.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions, especially in evaluating and optimizing campaigns.
  • Ability to react quickly to market changes and competitor actions.
  • Ability to proactively evaluate and make decisions regarding underperforming products or strategies.
  • Intelligence, agility, and quick problem-solving ability.
