JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identify and target potential clients, particularly in the Vietnam market, through research, networking, and demand generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Proficiency in creating persuasive and visually appealing proposals, company profiles, and presentations using PowerPoint or similar software.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our agency's services and value proposition.
  • Develop customized digital marketing solutions tailored to meet client objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position our digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and agency capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and position our agency as a thought leader.

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or related B2B sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including Performance marketing (Facebook Ad, Google Ad, Tiktok Ad, etc), search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO) social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other related strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively articulate value propositions and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages, both written and verbal.
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new skill sets, tools, and technologies to adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape.
