Chi Doanh - CB/I Digital is looking for a proven CRO Specialist that can maximize conversion rates for our client's e-Commerce, SaaS, and Mobile app platforms by utilizing their understanding of A/B testing, web analytics, and CRO concepts.

  • Conduct comprehensive audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and areas for improvement on Website, Mobile app or SaaS product..
  • Create conversion optimization strategies using qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing and interpreting site usage data, trends, consumer research (both quantitative and qualitative), and usability studies.
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize various website elements such as product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes.
  • Optimize conversion paths by analyzing and enhancing conversion rates across different marketing channels, including Email/SMS, CRM and other non-paid channels, to ensure a consistent and effective user journey.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all CRO activities, including testing methodologies, results, and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide training to team members on Conversion Optimization best practices and stay abreast of industry trends through continuous learning and innovation.

  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimizer, or similar).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and website usability best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
